Overview
We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and support the design, implementation, and execution of learning and talent development initiatives. This role will focus on creating impactful learning experiences aligned with business needs, employee growth, and organizational development strategies.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Learning & Development programs aligned with business and talent needs.
Apply adult learning methodologies to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
Support initiatives related to career pathing, talent development, and high-potential programs.
Contribute to employee lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, development, and growth programs.
Participate in talent calibration processes, identifying development needs and potential roles.
Use agile methodologies to address learning challenges and continuously improve learning solutions.
Proactively identify problems and propose innovative, practical solutions.
Support leadership and teams with development frameworks, learning journeys, and capability-building initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning strategies and organizational goals.
Track and evaluate learning effectiveness and propose continuous improvements.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR development roles.
Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
Experience applying agile methodologies to learning or talent development initiatives.
Understanding of career plans, employee lifecycle, and talent development frameworks.
Experience or solid knowledge of talent calibration processes and high-potential development.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in dynamic environments.
Good level of English (spoken and written).
