At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for our next Regional Hub Director; the candidate must have extensive experience, over 8 years in the same role, in managing Media and Digital strategies with a focus on Retail Media, business management and development with major regional advertisers, and strategic account leadership for sustainable growth and high-quality service.


Responsabilidades

  • Lead the client's digital operations, focused on achieving the client's business objectives.
  • Optimize regional operations through clear indicators and processes.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for escalations and critical market needs.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of quality services and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the team to understand clients' specific needs and provide solutions.
  • Implement effective processes and systems to optimize service delivery.

  • Drive initiatives in automation, new technologies, advanced analytics, and enhanced operating models.
  • Ensure operational profitability and achievement of the HUB's financial objectives. · Lead an interdisciplinary team, providing strategic direction, inspiring leadership, and professional development.
  • Conduct key negotiations with clients and strategic partners.

Cualificaciones

  • Vocational training in advertising, marketing, or administrative careers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge and experience with Ecommerce tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay.
  • Experience with Ecommerce and digital advertising campaign management platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Advertising, SEM, Social Media, and Programmatic.
  • Proficiency with Mar-tech tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Salesforce, or others).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
