Overview
As we continue to expand our reputation in the market, we are seeking a talented Marketing Associate to drive our own agency brand, thought leadership, and business development marketing initiatives. A Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying Saatchi X’s industry presence. You will help develop agency marketing strategies promoting our services, culture, and expertise to prospective clients, talent, and the commerce marketing industry. Afterward, you will lead the completion of these plans. Reporting to our EVP, Strategy and Marketing, you will work closely with agency leadership, new business, strategy, and talent teams to deliver impactful marketing and communications programs.
Responsibilities
Your Impact:
Marketing planning and execution of the annual marketing plan to advance the reputation of the agency within the industry. Key duties include:
- Assist in developing and lead implementing the marketing plan to raise awareness of Saatchi X among target audiences, aligned to our growth strategy.
- Manage the agency’s brand positioning, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels and touchpoints.
- Plan and complete thought leadership campaigns, including reports, articles, events, and PR or equivalent experience, to establish Saatchi X as a leading voice in commerce marketing.
- Oversee content creation for the website, social channels, and e-newsletter to drive engagement and nurture leads.
- Partner with the new business team to develop marketing materials, credentials, and campaigns that support pipeline growth.
- Coordinate awards entries, speaking opportunities, and partnerships to enhance agency credibility and visibility.
- Manage agency marketing performance reporting, analyzing data to inform future activity and demonstrate ROI.
- Support internal communications to promote agency culture, values, and achievements.
- Stay up to date with commerce industry marketing trends to ensure our own marketing remains innovative and relevant.
- Work with Publicis Commerce Group partners to produce co-marketed content and campaigns that extend our reach and credibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing within an agency or consultancy
- Demonstrated success in developing and accomplishing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic design experience (i.e. Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for asset creation leveraging existing templates
- Confidence in project management with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders effectively
- Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, and performance analytics

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $59,185 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
