Overview

Publicis Media is seeking a Learning & Development Associate, Contract Position, to support the Publicis Media Learning & Development Leadership Development team from January 5, 2026 through July 10, 2026.

This team supports training programs for the organization including the Lion Leadership Series, PEAK Leadership Program, Global programming, Marcel Communities, Power of Partnerships, Spring into Success, MiniMBA as well as additional requests that come from the businesses. This person will help support all aspects of the programs, from assisting in coordination aspects such as registration, communications, invoicing, surveys and logistics as well as vendor and participant management. This role provides the opportunity to learn the behind-the-scenes of running an effective training program within a large organization.

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about employees’ growth and development, be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, have an interest in Leadership and Management topics, and can comfortably and collaboratively work with cross functional teams. This position reports directly to the VP Director, L&D and would interact with cross functional teams.


Responsibilities

· Responsible for assisting the Learning & Development team in executing the leadership development programs

· Assisting in coordination such as setting up courses in learning management system, setting up and sending email communications, managing registration and managing prework/welcome emails

· Interacting with vendors to coordinate details of classes

· Managing logistics of classes for Virtual and In Person classes

· Manage timely payment of invoices

· Analyze survey results, and share out results and recommendations with program lead

· Manage attendance and invoice reporting needs

· Provide routine survey reports to facilitators throughout the year

· Manage catering and event needs for Leadership programs

· Communicate and coordinate nominations for Global Programs

· Collaborate with L&D teams on ad hoc programs and initiatives


Qualifications

· Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Labor Studies, Business, Marketing / Advertising or related field

· 0-2 years of relevant work and/or coursework experience

· Strong interest in a career in Learning & Development or related field. Interest in media / advertising is a plus.

· Superior attention to detail and organizational, coordination, project management and time management skills

· Proactive contributor, collaborative nature, and eager to further develop and learn the advertising/marketing industry

· Self-motivated and deadline-driven for independent management of projects and ongoing programs

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills: approachable, charismatic, resourceful, enthusiastic about employee development

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at multiple levels in a fast-paced, demanding and team-based work environment.

· Very comfortable with Word, Excel and PowerPoint (strong Excel skills are preferred)

· Teams and/or Zoom platform knowledge preferred

· Potential to travel occasionally to support PEAK Leadership Program (4 days, one to two times a year)

Compensation Range: $48,000 - $52,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
