Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our growing team. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can translate complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills, comfort working across multiple teams, and a passion for creating structure through effective processes and workflows.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage familiarity with media buying platforms to understand how data is captured, structured, and reported
  • Build, refine, and document workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Analyze data using advanced Excel skills to generate actionable insights and support business reporting needs.
  • Develop data-driven narratives that clearly communicate trends, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, maintaining alignment, transparency, and strong communication throughout.
  • Foster positive working relationships through strong interpersonal skills, proactive follow-ups, and willingness to partner across teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in media operations, digital marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation).
  • Familiarity with media buying or digital advertising platforms; hands-on experience a plus. (e.g. DSPs, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Prisma)
  • Proven ability to craft data-driven narratives and communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Demonstrated experience building or refining workflows, documenting processes, and implementing operational improvements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building productive cross-team relationships.

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
