Overview

A Senior Program Manager is an expert at managing multiple discrete tasks that directly support our core business operations. This role is a client-facing delivery operations role, meaning the person in this role will continually ensure standards are being met through excellent communication, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


Responsibilities

Documenting & Reporting T&M financials to the client:

· Includes estimates, forecasts and actuals for each project

· Includes three different workstreams and annual budgets ranging from $1M to $5M

Task management in rOar

· Creating, activating and deactivating

Staffing management in rOar

· Assesses and updates allocations according to forecasts for accurate capacity tracking

· Ensure time tracking is available to all team members

· Approve all time in rOar for assigned workstreams

Workfront Future State

· Gather and collect requirements from both the client and internal team leads

· Define a structured process for requirements

· Own the training of new processes for internal team members and clients as needed

· Monitor and ensure 100% training completions for required team members

· Ongoing support for data hygiene within Workfront

· Develop reports and dashboards as needed

General Management

· Ability to produce effective reports and status to communicate progress

· Knowledge of tools related to methodology, and how to access additional content (e.g. Workfront, and MS Teams)

Communication & Consulting

· Understanding and ability to create messages (verbal or written) in a professional tone

· Ability to articulate the actual intended message or statement

· Ability to effectively communicate non-ambiguous events (e.g. Status of work)

· Ability to tailor communication style to internal or external audience

· Ability to set and manage workplace expectations with self and others in context of the organization

Client Exposure

o Ability to support communication of planning outputs to lower level clients

· Works with day to day client contacts to establish and articulate project tracking and administrative processes

· Responsible for communicating relevant project information to the internal leads

· Knowledge of the importance of defining a structured process for engaging with Clients and Stakeholders

· Knowledge of identifying Stakeholders, including classifying Stakeholders by their power and interest

· Knowledge of planning Stakeholder management

· Knowledge of the escalation hierarchy

· Knowledge of Stakeholder management processes

· Ability to participate in and support the management of Stakeholder relationship but does not independently lead it

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

• Ability to capture white boarded or facilitated sections of requirements and document into actionable implementations within Workfront according to the Creative End to End Workflow.

• Expertise in Workfront and ability to train team members as well as clients onto the process using the new tool(s).

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $106,260 (annually). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
