Digitas Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Engagement Strategy. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience elevating strategic thinking with compelling insights and uncovering unique opportunities. They maintain a pulse on digital/social platform changes and communicate clearly to the team to keep everyone informed.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate has a proven track record that enables them to confidently work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to deliver work product that achieves (and exceeds) business goals. We encourage you to apply if you thrive on:
- Channel fluency with digital and social platforms (this includes leading platform build and launch activities)
- Advanced media literacy; comfortable advising on media tactics
- Identifying new social/digital trends or channels/platforms
- Developing POVs, campaign recommendations, governance, and guidance docs
- Comfort with social analytics and developing platform and audience insights
- Being the most socially savvy person in your network
- Able to conduct competitive landscape analysis
- Leading social strategy and supporting development of multi-channel initiatives
- Digging into data to develop and refine insights that make communities, social platforms, and partnerships valuable to achieving client goals
- Crystalizing compelling insights and synthesizing research observations in to actionable insights for the creative and client teams to execute
- Writing and presenting, and publishing work to multiple teams (Powerpoint skills encouraged)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years of social strategy
- Agency experience, pharmaceutical experience, or oncology experience preferred
- BA or BS required
- Comfort working with social analytics and developing platform and audience insights
- Expert level diplomacy and professionalism with heightened common sense
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current social web and content development and emerging trends
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $114,975 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
