Overview
We are seeking a proven VP, Client Leadership to oversee integrated Omnicommerce campaigns for a suite of high-profile accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of traditional brand and shopper marketing, retail media, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and Profitero+. Forge and maintain trust-based relationships with senior clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Business Planning: Build and deliver annual scopes of work and oversee the completion of contracted deliverables. Negotiate contracts and fee arrangements as required.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the development and implementation of strategic omnichannel marketing plans, including brand, shopper, and retail media, that meet or exceed client objectives and drive tangible business results.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of account managers/directors, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Project Oversight: Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ensure the company product includes future-forward thinking anchored in business strategy and insights.
- Financial Management: Manage assigned P&Ls, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in the CPG industry- with Tier 1 Manufacturers’ Marketing background and/or Shopper Marketing agency experience
- Strong business acumen and direct P&L experience
- Proven team leader with experience managing teams

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $220,440/Annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
