Overview
The Junior Associate Cash Collection is responsible for managing collection
activities and resolving client escalations to ensure the achievement of
collection targets according to market guidelines, quality standards, and the
controls of our Corporate Governance.
Responsibilities
Collection Activities
• Prepare collection and overdue account reports to generate client
• Prepare account statements.
Contact clients to manage collection efforts and address discrepancies.
• Manage collection efforts and address discrepancies in accounts receivable portfolios.

• Create and keep up-to-date manuals for assigned processes.
• Initiate one-on-one discussions with the supervisor to review
processes and updates
Qualifications
• Studies or equivalent experience in finance with a business focus.
Accounting.
• Two or more years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Intermediate-level oral and written communication skills.
