Overview

As a Community Manager, you will play a central role in building and maintaining engaged social media communities for our clients. You will be responsible for monitoring and driving dialogue across various social platforms, while contributing to creating a positive and inclusive experience for the target audience. By actively following trends and identifying relevant opportunities, you will ensure that the brand is present in current conversations and cultural moments.

You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing team and provide insights from the community to optimize content and campaigns. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, quick responsiveness, and creativity to build meaningful relationships between the brand and consumers.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and engage in conversations across social channels to build an active and positive community.

  • Respond quickly and professionally to questions, comments, and feedback from followers.

  • Identify trends and relevant cultural moments to create opportunities for brand engagement.

  • Implement community guidelines and ensure content complies with established policies.

  • Manage and escalate potential crisis situations according to defined processes.

  • Gather and identify insights from communities to inform campaign strategies.

  • Contribute to reporting on engagement, sentiment, and campaign performance.

  • Act as an extension of the brand by communicating with the right tone and language.

  • Be flexible and available on weekends when engagement and conversations often occur outside regular working hours.


Qualifications

Skills and Attributes:

  1. Communication Skills: Ability to express yourself clearly and engagingly in writing and create dialogue that strengthens the brand.

  1. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple channels and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on quality and speed.

  1. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to act strategically and solution-oriented in challenging situations.

  1. Analytical Skills: Understanding of data and insights to optimize community strategies and content.

  1. Creativity: Ability to identify new ways to engage the target audience and create relevant content.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience working with social media, preferably as a Community Manager at an agency or large brand.

  • Documented experience in community management with examples of previous work.

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Experience with social tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout, or similar is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
