Overview
- Manage client Paid Social campaigns, inclusive of platform strategy development, QA, campaign creation and management, optimization, insightful metric-driven reporting, and client communication.
- Develop data-rooted recommendations and strategy to achieve campaign KPIs, analyzing and adjusting approach as necessary to achieve KPIs and campaign goals
- Paid Social platform expertise (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube) to inform opportunities for publisher buying types (PG vs. Direct), creative recommendations, ad format recommendations, etc.
- Evaluate media recommendations and clearly identify key media deliverables in terms of accountability and performance
- Regular, consistent communication with Media and Client Management teams on campaign health, reporting, and recommendations
- Help nurture and establish a culture of excellence and quality output
- Lead by example and foster an environment of subject matter expertise, collaboration and teamwork
- Embrace Mars United Commerce’s entrepreneurial vision and commitment to a positive work environment
- 2+ years in a hands-on role managing Paid Social campaigns
- Specifically, experience with Meta, TikTok and Youtube
- Advanced understanding of Paid Social Buying
- Working knowledge of display, video, social and/or DSP partners, and external data or media providers (DV360, TTD, Yahoo, Meta.)
- Expertise in cross-channel and cross-device tracking, optimization, and attribution
- Fully capable of managing multiple priority initiatives at once, maintaining timelines and fielding semi-fluid shifts in planning to accomodate objectives
- A self-starter with ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment
- Track record of cultivating strong relationships both internally and externally
- Critical thinker with the ability to make decisions by considering the needs, capabilities, and impact across multiple business units and clients
