Manager Marketing Strategy & Analysis
As a Manager in Marketing Strategy & Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that optimize customer engagement, drive business growth, and enhance marketing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness, translating insights into actionable strategies that align with business objectives.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Utilize data analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and customer data platforms (CDPs) to enhance personalization and targeting.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and customer experience.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data governance.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools (R, Python).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
