Overview

Are you passionate about media and marketing and eager to kick-start your career in the industry? Join Publicis Media as an intern in one of our specialist departments and gain hands-on experience working with some of the best talent in the business. We are currently looking for full-time interns for during the spring 2026.

About PMX

PMX (Publicis Media Exchange) is the specialist hub within Publicis Media, dedicated to delivering advanced media solutions and strategic partnerships. We combine expertise in programmatic advertising, social media and influencer marketing, search (SEM and SEO), video, audio and out-of-home, as well as investment and trading. Our mission is to help global and local brands navigate today’s fast-changing media landscape through data-driven strategies, creativity, and innovation. By leveraging cutting-edge tools and insights, PMX ensures our clients stay ahead in a competitive market.


Responsibilities

About the Role

As an intern, you will support our specialist teams with operational, entry-level tasks within the systems and platforms we use daily. You’ll be part of a team of talented specialists at varying levels of seniority, giving you the chance to learn from industry experts while contributing to real projects throughout your internship. You’ll also be given projects to own and develop, ensuring your time with us is impactful and rewarding.

While you’ll have a clear belonging to one department, you’ll also have opportunities to collaborate with other specialist teams and participate in cross-functional activities for a broader industry introduction. You will most likely engage with our partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Schibsted, Acast and many more.

What We Offer

We provide a structured onboarding program designed to introduce you to the tools, platforms & internal processes we use on a daily basis. Throughout your internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign activation and platform operations, giving you practical insight into the media industry. You’ll also be exposed to leading technologies and partnerships. In addition, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can take part in networking opportunities, team activities, and learning sessions to help you grow both professionally and personally.


Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • You are studying or have recently completed studies in media, marketing, communication, data analytics, or E-commerce.
  • You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • You have an interest in AI, media and emerging technologies.
  • Understanding data-driven decision-making and analytics is highly valuable for media optimization and reporting.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment while remaining highly effective when working independently.

This internship is based at our Stockholm office and requires full on-site presence to ensure close collaboration and hands-on learning with our team.
