Overview

The Advisor, HR Insight Analyst is a data translator partnering across HR and the business to understand objectives and deliver actionable workforce insights & products that drive impact. Supporting multiple business units, this role uses research and analytics to help guide decision making and to measure the ROI and impact of organizational initiatives. Being a strategic advisor requires consulting & presentation skills, strong data analytics & research ability and a focus on enablement to scale people analytics adoption across the organization.
This position is part of a growing global People Analytics team and plays a critical role in transforming data into strategy for executive leadership, driving adoption of analytics products, and enhancing user experiences across the organization. The role also focuses on demonstrating and measuring the ROI and impact of HR initiatives through data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions and products.

Core Tasks:

  • Consult with stakeholders for assigned HR COE’s and the business to identify data challenges & opportunities, translate them into analytics projects, and communicate findings in a clear, convincing and actionable manner.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis on workforce datasets (e.g., recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, engagement, etc.) to uncover insights that inform workforce strategies.
  • Solve business problems through data by applying objective, analytical approaches to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Create Professional-Grade PowerPoint presentations that translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights
  • Tell data-driven stories using visualization, narrative, and business context to inform decisions and drive action.
  • Measure impact and ROI of HR initiatives through data-driven studies that assess outcomes, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Drive adoption of People Analytics products by delivering training, creating enablement resources, and supporting stakeholders in effectively using self-service tools and platforms.
  • Monitor product usage and effectiveness, gather stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve analytics solutions to maximize engagement, usability, and business impact.
  • Understand business context by building strong relationships with internal clients to align people analytics efforts with organizational strategy and talent priorities.

Core Skills:

  • 5+ years in consulting, advisory, or client-facing roles within HR, business analytics, or a related field, with a proven ability to deliver strategic insights.
  • Expert-level presentation skills, including the ability to create executive-ready slide decks and tell compelling data stories, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and business strategy, with the ability to research, analyze & apply workforce data.
  • Experience managing analytics products, projects, or programs, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management.
  • Proven track record of enterprise-level consulting particularly with senior HR and business leaders.
  • Ability to design dynamic and accessible visualizations that engage users quickly and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, including BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise HR systems (e.g., HRIS, Talent Acquisition, payroll) for data visualization and analysis.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, workforce analytics, AI in HR, or AI agent development (preferred but not required).
