Overview
The Manager, Analytics will own the end-to-end analytics process, bridging the gap between data, tech and strategy. You’ll partner with clients & internal teams to uncover what drives performance, design strategies that make data meaningful, and guide decisions that enhance digital experiences and optimize marketing efforts.
You’ll act as a strategic partner across the account, helping clients leverage analytics to drive impact & advance their data maturity. From architecting robust tracking to leading conversations that shape marketing and digital strategies, you’ll ensure every decision is infused with data and aligned with client goals.
Responsibilities
Own & Drive Digital Analytics Excellence
- Maintain deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM), leveraging GA4 data in BigQuery to automate reporting and uncover insights into the consumer journey
- Lead the development of measurement frameworks, tagging infrastructure, and QA processes to ensure tracking accuracy & reliability
- Lead & manage the client’s digital analytics roadmap, evolving their digital properties & advancing their data maturity
- Create client-ready reports, presentations and dashboards that translate data into strategic recommendations
Client Partnership & Strategy
- Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business goals & aligning analytics support accordingly
- Serve as the subject matter expert for digital analytics, advising clients & internal teams on how data can inform strategy, measurement, and decision-making
- Represent analytics confidently in client meetings & cross-functional discussions, proactively identifying opportunities to use data to improve business performance
Oversee Projects & Own Delivery
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on brief, and to a high standard
- Anticipate and resolve risks or blockers that could impact quality or delivery
Guide, Support & Grow Your Team
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and day-to-day support to junior team members
- Review analytics work for accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment
- Identify development opportunities for the team & foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation

Qualifications
- >4 years relevant work experience with a focus on web and digital analytics, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and Excel
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Demonstrated experience developing analytics measurement frameworks & implementing end-to-end tracking and reporting solutions
- Able to confidently design dashboards in Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, user journeys, and digital experience optimization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable presenting and participating in group discussions involving both internal stakeholders and clients
