Overview

Leo Toronto is looking for an Account Supervisor, specializing in social. This role will require someone who is fluent in the full brand and campaign landscape, with a strong pulse on where culture lives: on social. You’ll lead integrated client business across traditional, digital, and social touchpoints, while bringing a modern, platform-native lens to the work.

Establishing relationships with client and agency partners will be critical. This is an intermediate level opportunity perfect for someone looking to be at the forefront of social media management and showing up in culture. While social will play a large part of the role, there will be support required on tactical campaigns as well.

This position report directly to the GAD.


Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day client relationships and be a strategic partner across integrated workstreams.
  • Lead digital + social thinking across campaigns, content, creator programs, and always-on.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Planning, Production and Creative Resource Management.
  • Understand and lead competitive landscape, competitive ad reviews, paid ad unit assessments & marketplace trend news/reports.
  • Work closely with strategy + creative teams to turn cultural insight into big ideas and smart execution.
  • Manage timelines, scopes, and workflows across teams (remote + in-office).
  • Build integrated briefs and help shepherd work from kickoff through delivery.
  • Translate performance + cultural signals into clear recommendations and social briefs.
  • Keep clients ahead of platform shifts, trends, and digital behaviours.
  • Accountable for all social specific projects.
  • Budget planning/adherence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of agency account management experience, QSR/retail experience a benefit.
  • High degree of experience managing social specific marketing initiatives and developing short and long-term social channel planning.
  • Ability to manage teams and processes remotely.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Teamwork – ability to function at high level with various personalities.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize projects.
  • Creative and conceptual thinker.
  • Demonstrated initiative, proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to follow-through and complete tasks.
  • Adept with PC/Mac, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Deep understanding of social channels paid social media strategy and reporting.
  • Confident and passionate.
  • Leadership ability.
