Overview
The E-commerce Data Solutions Manager is a strategic client-facing role designed to accelerate growth, maximize client value, and create market differentiation in the evolving retail media and e-commerce landscape. This position is central to driving adoption of advanced analytics and custom attribution models, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support for AMC Center of Excellence and Publicis Warehouse offerings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, translating business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing support for AMC/Warehouse platforms.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics and custom attribution models to deliver full-funnel measurement and actionable insights.
- Develop innovative use cases (e.g., Lifetime Value, First-Order Sales Contribution) that differentiate Publicis in the market.
- Collaborate with the PubID team to develop and activate PubID audiences within Amazon, driving incremental revenue.
- Elevate Publicis from vendor to trusted advisor, deepening client relationships and unlocking new revenue streams.
- Proactively manage client accounts to accelerate onboarding and results delivery.
- Foster strategic partnerships and support consultative service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3- 5 years in e-commerce analytics, retail media, or data-driven marketing.
- Strong client management and consultative skills.
- Expertise in advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) and data warehouse solutions preferred.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive innovation in analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
