In Bogotá, Colombia, we are seeking a Post Production Coordinator with over 4 years of experience in coordinating projects in the audiovisual sector. The mission will focus on ensuring the efficient and timely execution of post-production projects, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and the producer's quality standards.

• Develop detailed schedules when receiving new projects, ensuring compliance with the agreed delivery dates.

• Constantly monitor the progress of tasks according to client needs and make adjustments as required.

• Ensure that projects are completed within the established deadlines without exceeding allocated times.

• Assist in preparing the budget for each project, ensuring that project costs remain within the estimated margins for execution.

• Plan each project considering the guidelines provided by the Executive Producer of Post-Production.

• Track and ensure that billing for all projects in the post-production area is recorded within the Group's platforms, with support from the administrative and financial team.

• Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, suppliers, and third parties involved in post-production projects.

• Verify that all final deliverables meet specific requirements before official client delivery.

• Collaborate with different post-production areas to ensure efficient use of resources and talent in each project.

• Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Ability to use Project Management tools like COR or similar.

• Agile Methodologies certification is desirable.

• Desirable B2+ English level.
