Overview

Are you ready to lead innovative campaigns that shape how audiences experience video and audio across every screen and speaker? At Publicis Groupe, we believe in creativity, collaboration, and courage—and we’re looking for a Video & Audio Manager who shares that mindset.

In this role, you will lead the development and hands-on execution of video and audio strategies and campaigns for our clients, across both traditional and digital environments such as YouTube, BVOD, podcasts, linear TV, and streaming platforms. You’ll be responsible for building effective, data-driven campaigns that reach the right audiences through the right channels.

As Video & Audio Manager, you’ll act as a thought leader in holistic planning, maintaining day-to-day client contact and consistently building campaigns that drive business results. You’ll create comprehensive media strategies, lead negotiations, plan and buy media, optimise performance, analyse results, and manage campaigns across all video and audio platforms.


Responsibilities

You bring a strong understanding of technology and marketing on digital platforms and enjoy working both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead strategic plans for video and audio, ensuring alignment with broader cross-channel tactics and overall marketing objectives.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee and execute advanced campaign set-up, targeting, and budgeting, while ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to generate actionable insights and prepare comprehensive performance reports for client presentations and internal reviews.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other channel specialists and client managers to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign strategies that drive overall success.

  • Reach & Frequency Planning: Drive reach and frequency planning across linear TV, BVOD, OLV, and digital audio formats.

  • Platform Execution: Collaborate with Programmatic Specialists to ensure optimal platform execution and performance.

  • Holistic Strategy: Champion holistic video and audio strategies that maximise effective reach across fragmented audiences.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant post-secondary education.

  • 3–5+ years of work experience in digital marketing or a relevant field.

  • Knowledge of applicable buying and measurement platforms relevant to online video channels (e.g. DV360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Audience Report).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (excels in Excel); experience building simple reporting dashboards is a plus.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign set-up and reporting.

  • Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and client support.

  • Verbal and written proficiency in English and Swedish.

  • Ability to contribute to product development and internal thought leadership initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
