Overview

Location: Flexible but working predominately US time (Global team coordination across AMER, EMEA, APAC)

Role Overview:

• We’re looking for a resourceful, self-driven Senior BA/PM to lead coordination and execution across our global AI governance program. This role will support strategic operations, working closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors to drive clarity, accountability, and momentum across a multi-stream initiative.


Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Governance:

o Manage recurring meetings, agendas, and follow-ups across 5+ workstreams

o Maintain centralized visibility of tasks, decisions, and dependencies

o Ensure alignment across functions (Legal, Procurement, Data Privacy, IT, etc.) and geography

Tooling & Workflow Management:

  • Set up and manage collaboration environments in Microsoft Teams
  • Use Microsoft Loop, Planner, Power BI, and OneNote to track actions, visualize progress, and support decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for executive reporting

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Lead and support executive-facing conversations with clarity and confidence
  • Coordinate with regional and functional leads to surface blockers and drive resolution
  • Prepare briefing materials and summaries for SteerCo and Monthly Forums

Content & Compliance Awareness:

  • Support documentation and knowledge sharing around operating models, governance frameworks, and lessons learned
  • Understand the boundaries of AI, IT, and compliance topics to facilitate informed discussions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program/project management or business analysis in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, Planner, Loop, Power BI, OneNote
  • Comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Exposure to AI, IT, compliance, or agency operations is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Additional information

Compensation Range: $145,000-155,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
