Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions practice helps marketers enhance the effectiveness of their complex digital marketing programs by being industry leaders and SMEs at the intersection where offline and online data comes together.
The Technical Integration Engineer position offers a unique blend of engineering, consulting, and technical project management responsibilities. This role demands a broad range of technical skills, solution design capabilities, and a deep curiosity about how systems function and why. You will have the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges, collaborating with various Epsilon engineering teams to gain an in-depth understanding of ad serving and contribute to system enhancements.
As a Technical Integration Engineer, your role encompasses providing technical support, designing innovative solutions to meet business objectives, driving innovation through technical expertise, and resolving customer impacting technical issues. You will collaborate with multiple technical teams to prototype and implement new ideas. Additionally, you will be client-facing, participating in high-priority client calls as a technical liaison, and serving as a subject matter expert or facilitator as needed.
What You’ll Achieve
- Support the technical integration of some of the largest online companies into the Epsilon system by designing, developing, implementing, and testing technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate and guide cross functional teams globally as a technical subject matter expert through integration projects involving multiple partners while managing competing priorities.
- Provide escalation support to troubleshoot 3rd party discrepancy investigations (impression, click, viewability, etc.), ad rendering issues, delivery issues, and website tagging issues, ensuring resolution for each issue.
- Train and communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and assist in developing enhancement opportunities and procedures across the enterprise through innovation, automation and knowledge sharing.
- Work with internal and external cross teams globally, including engineering, analytics, account management, product management and sales.
- Oversee troubleshooting issues impacting the team and drive them to resolution.
Who You Are
- We are seeking a highly motivated, thorough professional with excellent communication skills to support the needs of the Technical Integration Engineering team at Epsilon. The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate the following skills.
- Self-starter, able to keep up with industry trends.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to a nontechnical audience.
- Strong attention to detail and track record delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills, adept at researching and resolving complex and unknown issues.
- Strong command of SQL.
- Intermediate level of programming skills with hands-on experience with JavaScript and HTML.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and tools such as Chrome Debugger and HTTP Proxy applications such as Charles/Fiddler Proxy.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as BASH, Python and PHP, and experience in mobile app development is a plus.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry a plus, particularly in display, mobile and affiliate spaces.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or similar role.

Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
