Overview
The Campaign Manager, Search is responsible for leading the day to day management of clients’ paid search campaigns, implementing search strategy and optimization, building strong relationships, and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning & execution of paid search campaigns from start to finish, including the development, management, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and forecasts to contribute to strategy and annual planning
- Develop strong working relationships with internal agency counterparts to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients
- Ensure client deliverables and recommendations are accurate, sound, and viable
- Effectively monitor and manage keyword strategies, ad copy builds, campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments
- Provide excellent communication and recommendations to clients such as clear, concise, and meaningful insights in performance recaps
- Command data analysis of key Search metrics (e.g. CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to identify, recommend, and implement changes for increasing the performance of client Search programs
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
- 1+ years of hands on experience managing paid search, shopping campaigns &PMax, client or agency side in the Retail industry preferred
- Proficiency in Google Ads & Bing Ads, including Shopping Ads & Performance Max
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting using excel features such as vlookup, if formula, pivot table, etc
- Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and the ability to move at an agile pace
- Interested in learning and growing in a fast pace environment
- An effective communicator both internally and externally
- Understanding the importance of adherence to deadlines while maintaining good quality of the deliverables

Compensation Range: $65,000- $75,000 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
