Overview

This position is available in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru.

The Staffing Support Analyst actively participates on supporting a wide range of operational and staffing processes for clients/agencies that ranges on different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision and the minimum level of error possible.

Responsibilities

  • Support reporting needs: OT, Billability Reports, Agency QA Allocations Report & Updates on Clarity.

  • System Administration accesses: JIRA & Confluence, Tableau Licenses.

  • Timesheet's reminders.

  • Org chart decks updating.

  • Agency agendas building and interview spaces coordination and follow up.

  • Data entry, organization, analysis, and maintenance of internal trackers.

  • Provide forecasting of potential needs.

  • Job code management including creation, updates, and closing.

  • Manage time transfers.


Qualifications

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Administrative Tasks.
  • English level B2+ or above.
