Overview

This position is available in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru.

We are looking for an intermediate Excel knowledge, attention-to-detail-oriented person. Analysis thinking and customer service experience. Digital marketing experience is desired but not a must. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with technology and computers. The ideal candidate has independence focus on quality and is eager to grow. Responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, and report generation in different ad servers.

The Technology and Activation Group (TAAG) is at the center of the agency's digital capabilities. TAAG ensures the right technology is being used to deliver digital advertising to our client's audience and that the technology is applied in a way that allows measurement of that advertising to gauge its effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Has a range of duties and responsibilities designed to enhance knowledge of digital marketing, ad servers and/or audience management.
  • Will be required to work with other team members to build ad serving campaigns, QA assets, Traffic Sheets, onboarding of client data and activation of audience segments and other deliverables that help meet specific client goals and objectives.
  • Support with process documentation and updates
  • Accommodating the standardized taxonomy in the Ad Server trafficking process.
  • Deploy/ implement or become proficient with new AdTech and MarTech tools as needed, such as Ad Servers, Tag Management Systems, Ad Verification, Dynamic Creative Optimization, App Analytics, Site Analytics, Data Management Platforms, and Content Management Systems.
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
  • You need to work closely with senior members of the Ad Operations Team to successfully execute, manage and report on digital campaigns.

Qualifications

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Customer Service
  • English level B2+ or above.
  • Focus on quality.
  • Must be a be a self-starter with the ability to learn on the job.
  • High attention to detail, process driven and logical
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking when problem-solving,
  • Strong communication, editing and writing skills.
  • Proficient analytical and Excel skills MSOffice, with an aptitude to get up to speed on new technologies swiftly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace, collaborative and team-oriented environment, including: Ability to work with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
  • Managing tasks and time commitments to meet project deadlines and keeping up with changing priorities and adhering to standardized processes and procedures.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • MS Excel functions (Intermediate)
  • Knowledge in Google Marketing Platform
  • JIRA Platform Knowledge
  • Experience with Ad serving tools such as Google Campaign Manager
  • Experience managing Reporting tools (Datorama, Data Studio, Tableau, Power Bi)
  • Certifications on relevant platforms
  • Exposure to other Third part Ad Serving platforms.
  • Global market exposure in handling APAC and EMEA clients.
  • Verification tools (IAS, MOAT, etc)
