Overview
In PXP Bogotá, we are seeking a CX Creative with over 4 years of experience leading creative strategies across digital channels, storytelling, and content production, both visual and written. This role requires a creative profile with deep knowledge of social platforms, acting as a liaison between client and the digital creative team. The mission is to develop content calendars from an innovative and creative conceptual perspective, ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of the content.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between content creators and the digital creative team, facilitating communication and alignment of strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement creative content calendars that align with trends and characteristics of each social platform.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure consistency and quality in content distributed across all digital platforms, such as social media.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to make data-driven optimizations and continuously improve creative strategies.
- Propose ideas and conceptualize campaigns that are fully executable on various digital platforms from a creative Copy perspective.
- Guide account teams in the creative direction and conceptualization of campaigns to be executed on digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of social platforms and tools for trend analysis and benchmarking.
- Advanced English for effective communication with international teams and creators.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
