Overview

We’re looking for a Social and Programmatic Strategist with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling. Someone who can dive deep into campaign data, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of paid social and programmatic campaigns to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.

  • Develop and deploy data driven solutions to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify and lead A/B testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.

  • Conduct headroom analyses by evaluating market trends, platform performance, and macro conditions to uncover strategic growth opportunities.

  • Periodically audit platforms, partners, and strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize value.

  • Collaborate with partners to bring innovative ideas and first to market alpha/beta opportunities.

  • Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives for internal teams and clients.

  • Craft short term tactical recommendations and long-term strategic roadmaps based on data insights.

  • Educate internal teams on optimization principles, best practices, and platform-specific workflows.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with major paid social and programmatic platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Reddit, DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Deep understanding of platform workflows, buying mechanics, and optimization routines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns and extract actionable insights from large data sets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, DOMO).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
