Overview
The Publicis Media Business Platforms Team is developing solutions to support business needs. The Product Manager will direct and execute on a wide range of activities across the product lifecycle from inception to manage in market. This person will also help drive the vision, strategy, and evolution of the solutions. This person is proactive in anticipating and prioritizing the business needs of the team and possesses superb time management skills, a productive approach toward work and a strong sense of urgency. They should have excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills, strong communication, project and product management, and analytical/technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with end-users, stakeholders, and engineers to gather requirements and document business needs
- Drive and support product deployments in various markets
- Develop product documentation and training content
- Manage the development of detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation required to translate business needs into product features and technical requirements
- Develops project schedules and tracks progress to ensure on-time delivery of product releases and key business goals
- Partner with Design and Engineering teams to improve product usability and experience
- Track the status of major bugs/data issues and provide guidance/step-in when needed to help with blocking issues
- QA new features and optimizations to inform product sign-off
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams
- Critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Thrives in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High energy level, strong team player, and good work ethic
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of product-related experience
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements in support of product development
- Experience working with JIRA, or equivalent
- Comfortable working in an environment where priorities may shift due to business, product, or user needs.
- Thrives on brainstorming and building innovative solutions that consistently challenge the status quo
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both in person and written
- Experience working with omnichannel media for agencies and client-related work preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $119,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
