Overview
We’re looking for a Social-First Creative to join our team as a full-time employee. This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, and creativity—ideal for someone fluent in digital storytelling, agile in execution, and deeply attuned to what performs on various digital platforms. Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
Concept campaigns and ideas for social first campaigns, music tours/festivals, sponsorships and sports integrations.
Stay up to date on trends, visuals, design, and creator formats to inform and inspire brand storytelling.
Attend and creatively support on-site productions, capturing BTS content or directing talent and key moments
Ensure all content is on-brand, on-strategy, and optimized for each platform
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand's social presence
What You’ll Do
Creative: Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Understand how visual and verbal brand elements come together to form a cohesive identity. Maintain creative integrity throughout execution and contribute to pitch decks and new business efforts.
Be responsible for the creative deck, including ideas, visual references, mock-ups, executions, etc.
Ensure that all visual communication aligns with brand standards and guidelines.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and best practices
- Storytelling: Apply strategic thinking to integrated campaigns
- Communication: Clearly express ideas both verbally and through compelling design; deliver effective presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Social Literacy: Identify emerging trends and opportunities while staying true to the brand’s identity. Stay plugged into the creative industry and evolving technologies
- Collaboration: Work closely with a wide range of creatives—from ideation through execution—while taking feedback and direction from creative leads
- Workflow Management: Handle multiple priorities and assignments with efficiency. Execute fast-turnaround content for real-time and trending moments with accuracy and quality

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in social-first creative work (agency, brand studio, or in-house content team)
Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions, compelling visual solutions, design and interactive experiences
Strong grasp of digital trends, content performance metrics, and engagement optimization
Deep knowledge of what works across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Strong visual sensibility; experience briefing and collaborating with designers, editors, and creators
Culturally curious, trend-savvy, and tapped into the zeitgeist
Portfolio should include work targeting Hispanic-American audiences
Experience in 360° campaigns is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
