GENERAL SUMMARY

The Creative Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Creative Officer and the ECD, Innovation. This person focuses on organizing information and documents, has a resourceful approach to providing solutions, and is proficient at multi-tasking and prioritizing several simultaneous assignments. Having a clear understanding of agency systems and requirements provides them with the insight needed to best support the team. They must enjoy working with a creative team in an open, social, and proactive manner.

Day to Day:

  • Provides administrative support: calendar invites, setting up meetings, processing expense reports + car logs, project status tracking, coordinating travel, to the Chief Creative Officer and ECD, Innovation.
  • Handles special projects (i.e. Cultural Review Panel, All Agency meeting, etc) assigned by the Chief Creative Officer, ECD, Innovation, Associate Director, Creative Management & Recruiting, and Executive/Group Creative Director(s)
  • Manages creative award show submissions and case study video development process
  • Coordinating client and guest visits as needed (luncheons, client visits, potential candidate visits/interviews) as well as planning department meetings and outings
  • Working closely with project managers and account management to identify project timelines and ECD/GCD scheduling/check-ins/conflicts
  • Administratively collaborates with multiple agency teams
  • Constant focus on maintaining dynamic hourly schedule and calendar for Chief Creative Officer and ECD, Innovation.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast paced office, supporting C-Suite individuals
  • Experience working in Advertising or similar creative environment
  • Basic understanding of advertising required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and email, including calendaring
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external groups

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

This person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style. Has strong communication (verbal and written) skills. Is organized and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask successfully, keeping a number of assignments and priorities on track. Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Slides and ability to learn new software as needed.

High level of contact with the Creative department, Production, Client Services and Executive Leadership team.

Compensation Range: $59,850.00 - $86,680.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
