Overview
The Account Supervisor will partner closely with Epsilon Auto’s account, project management, technical, and delivery teams, as well as client business teams and partner creative agencies, in the strategy, planning, and execution of email, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing successful partnerships with our clients, with a curious mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, combined with a touch of creativity. They must also be adept at managing multiple large-scale programs simultaneously, navigating change, and meeting client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for our automotive clients, overseeing email, text, direct mail, and AI-enabled marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on project proposal development, lead program kickoffs, and ensure cross-functional internal and external teams are aligned on requirements and deliverables
- Partner with project management to create detailed timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on time and executed flawlessly
- Work closely with internal and client legal teams to develop game rules and ensure compliance
- Manage program budgets, create purchase orders, and oversee client billing processes
- Review marketing programs meticulously to ensure creative assets are complete, user experiences function as intended, and data is accurately captured and shared
- Validate that client-requested changes are correctly implemented by external creative agencies and internal development teams
- Provide regular updates to the client on loyalty trends and best practices across marketing channels, collaborating with Epsilon SMEs
- Collaborate with analytics teams to translate insights into program enhancements, new services, features, and optimizations
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and achieve optimal program results
- Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork, diversity, and knowledge sharing within Epsilon and with external business partners
Qualifications

- Analytical mindset with experience in deriving insights from Excel data
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years marketing, project management, or consulting experience required
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $96,140/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
