- Strategic Leadership: Be at the forefront of Razorfish's expansion by developing and executing forward-thinking business development and commercial strategies. Collaborate with top executives like our Chief Marketing Officer to redefine marketplace presence and with the Chief Strategy Officer to craft compelling brand narratives.

Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Business Development (60%)
- Design, lead, and continuously evolve Razorfish’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy, aligning offerings to future-facing client needs in AI, commerce, brand transformation, sustainability, and CX in conjunction with CMO.
- Oversee all new business development activities, from inbound qualification to outbound prospecting pursuit, RFI/RFP responses, chemistry meetings, and finalist presentations and commercials.
- Serve as the executive sponsor and lead storyteller in high-stakes pitches, representing Razorfish’s brand and capabilities with clarity, confidence, and ambition.
- Collaborate across Publicis Groupe to position Razorfish as a key integrated partner in multi-agency pursuits.
2. Organic Growth & Client Expansion (25%)
- Partner with Client Leadership and Delivery to unlock whitespace opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Build and standardize growth planning models, including annual opportunity forecasting and key account planning frameworks.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by enabling account teams to articulate Razorfish’s full spectrum of services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Finance to model revenue growth goals and performance benchmarks.
3. Executive Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%)
- Serve on the Executive Leadership Team and contribute to shaping agency strategy, operational priorities, and organizational health.
- Build deep partnerships with the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Creative Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Talent Officer to ensure growth aligns with creative, operational, and people strategies.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing, collaborative growth organization rooted in curiosity, inclusion, and accountability.
- Act as an external ambassador and internal champion for Razorfish’s mission, values, and voice in the industry.
Qualifications
- 15-20+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or digital agency environments with a track record of commercial growth and leadership.
- Proven success winning and growing multimillion-dollar accounts across industries such as Retail, CPG, Tech, Financial Services, QSR or Healthcare.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing services, from brand and media to experience design, CRM, data science, and marketing transformation.
- Exceptional storyteller with experience leading high-profile pitches and influencing C-level client decisions.
- Inspirational people leader with experience managing cross-functional teams across marketing, business development, and partnerships.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, able to see around corners and connect seemingly unrelated dots into powerful opportunities.
- Strong executive presence, gravitas, and ability to inspire confidence in both clients and internal stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $375,000- $425,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
