Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative Strategist, reporting to the Publicis Groupe CSO, to help shape the future of Leo Stockholm, Publicis newly formed creative agency. This is a key senior role that will lead the strategic development of existing clients, effectively drive new business, shape our creative ways of working as well as continuously raise the bar for Leo’s creative output. You will work closely with the other strategists at Publicis Groupe and in close collaboration with the Leo management team. As a Strategist at Publicis Groupe, you will maintain a holistic perspective on how to grow our client’s business looking at marketing and communication at large with focus on effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Setting the overarching strategic direction for our clients and creative teams
- Ownership of the creative brief process including continuous improvements
- Development of inspiring insights as fuel for creativity
- Defining brand positionings and brand strategies
- Defining creative campaign strategies and comms planning
- Strong and active support to the creative management team
- Collaborating across all Publicis disciplines to create “Power of One” communication solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in a marketing related subject
- Minimum five years of experience as a strategist in a creative agency
- Profound understanding of marketing and communication
- Strong experience in strategic leadership on client projects and pitches
- Proven track record in developing brand and campaign strategies
- Proven track record in award winning work
- Strong experience in preparing and writing effectiveness case studies
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Curiosity about pop culture, trends and people in general
- Fluent in Swedish and English
