Overview

Drive an inclusive, agile, and results-oriented talent acquisition strategy by managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline, and continuously improving sourcing and selection processes. Ensure excellence in stakeholder service, safeguard confidentiality, and contribute to organizational growth through strategic talent programs and initiatives.


Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Management

  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes (internal and external) in alignment with business needs and service level agreements.

  • Manage job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pool Development

  • Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database.

  • Identify and apply innovative sourcing techniques and channels to attract top talent.

Talent Initiatives & Project Management

  • Develop and lead strategic recruitment initiatives and talent-related projects.

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Budget Oversight

  • Manage and track budgets for assigned recruitment projects.

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Handle sensitive candidate and organizational information with discretion and integrity.


Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house, with a recruitment agency, or as a headhunter.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Skilled in managing multiple roles and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience analyzing recruitment processes and proposing improvements.

  • Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism.

  • Proven ability to support strategic recruitment initiatives and manage budgets or projects when required.


Additional information

This is a temporary position for a term of 6 months.

The work arrangement is hybrid, with the majority of responsibilities performed remotely from home. However, the role requires in-person attendance at the office two pre-selected days per month, as defined by ReSources Costa Rica schedule.
