Overview
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven Project Manager to lead the implementation of project management practices and tools from the ground up. As our Project Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and owning the full scope of project work, introducing structured workflows, and driving daily progress across multiple teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from kickoff through delivery and post-mortem
- Establish and implement project management systems, tools, and processes for a team new to formal project management
- Manage daily progress and team execution across multiple active projects
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including communications, marketing, production, media, and analytics.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers promptly
- Lead weekly status meetings
- Communicate progress clearly to leadership through regular updates and reports
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of project management tools
- Ability to build and implement project workflows from scratch
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities—capable of working across departments and levels
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative
- Competency in resource planning, task prioritization, and deadline management
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (or hybrid approaches)
- Comfort with change management and guiding teams through new processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role
- Proven track record managing full-cycle projects
- Demonstrated experience implementing project management tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications
- Experience in automotive or advertising industry
