Based out of Los Angeles, the Brand & Design team functions as a boutique studio

within the larger Saatchi & Saatchi agency structure. This unique dynamic keeps us

tackle projects both big and small with agility and excellence.

Our team is made up of strategists, designers, and account managers, but above all,

we are hard-working, infinitely curious, and deeply passionate about crafting

impactful brand expressions. We don’t just execute design; we build brands that

matter—helping them evolve, stay relevant, and create meaningful connections with

audiences.

Collectively, we have worked with some of the most-loved brands in the world,

driving real business impact through thoughtful, high-caliber design. Our work has

been recognized by Cannes, D&AD, and the Emmys, among others.

Your Role

As a Brand Designer, you will support the development of brand identities and

design assets, working closely with senior designers and other team members to

deliver high-quality work. This role offers an opportunity to grow your skills and

contribute to impactful projects.


Responsibilities

• Design Execution: Assist in creating brand identities, logos, and visual

systems.

• Asset Development: Produce design assets for digital, print, and other media.

• Collaboration: Work with the design team to ensure cohesive and effective

design solutions.

• Professional Development: Seek feedback and opportunities to enhance your

design skills.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on design trends to contribute fresh ideas.


Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or branding.

• A portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Compensation Range: $66,785.00 - $96,690.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
