Overview
We are now looking for a Strategist to work closely together with our strategy team. This is a group role that spans across both Media, Digital and Creative, with focus on Media.
As a Strategist at Publicis Groupe you will maintain a holistic perspective on how to grow our client’s business looking at marketing at large with focus on effectiveness. Creating perfect alignment between insight- and strategy and how that is best executed in a consistent and coherent way in the activities and channels that will maximize the highest effect. You are integral to client teams and run ‘day to day’ with some guidance. Specialists and account leads look for you to help them with briefing and de-briefing, give strategic direction and prioritize or to prove an argument. Management knows you can be trusted to establish and substantiate a point of view.
As Strategist you will also play a crucial role in acquiring new business. Focus is on ensuring consistent and high-quality strategic work to make sure we win, keep and grow business.
Responsibilities
- Strategic direction and recommendations for clients and in pitches, with focus on media.’
- Acting as a driving force in winning new business, ensuring consistent and high-quality strategic work into local, Nordic and international pitches to ensure we win new business.
- Collaborate with client leadership to ensure the quality of our strategic output on our current clients.Lean in on key clients as the Strategic Lead and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor – this to strengthen our position as a strategic partner (and thereby improve retention and increase satisfaction scores).
- Working closely together with the Global Strategy Team on our strategic product and implement the use of global frameworks, processes, models, tools and products locally.
- Design, package and promote services/communication solutions and ways of working (Power of One) that drives client value and provide business growth for us as a group.
- Keep up to date with trends (market, brand, consumer, media, tech etc) and the latest marketing science. Ensure that the client teams and our clients are informed and inspired about the latest trends and research. Inspire and coach agency teams to be better planners and strategists and ensure they are trained in the network’s strategic frameworks, models, processes and tools.
- Build agency reputation across the industry and within the marketing community. Strengthen our position as a leader when it comes to strategy through e.g. thought leadership pieces, PR, seminars, strategic partnerships, newsletters etc.
- Be a key player internally when it comes to creating award winning work. Support agency teams in compiling agency submissions to industry awards.
