How You’ll Make an Impact
The Professional, Product Management on Epsilon Digital is responsible for the development and expansion of Channels & Formats. This individual will contribute to identifying, evaluating, implementing, and scaling capabilities across emerging channels and formats. Epsilon Media delivers messages across traditional programmatic Display and Online Video advertising channels as well as Connected TV, Digital Audio and more. This role will be responsible for ensuring that Epsilon Digital continues to innovate in channels, formats, creative, and cross channel capabilities to provide an engaging experience and media performance to our clients. In addition, this role will support extending Epsilon Digital into new, emerging delivery channels.
What you’ll achieve
- Deliver new and enhanced channel, format, and capabilities for assigned initiatives; activities could include research, reason development, use cases, product requirements, testing, and operational documentation.
- Support product testing to evaluate a new format or capability through the post launch testing process. Ensure tests have clear collaborators, objectives, and set-up parameters defined and identified. Based on the analysis of the test results, advocate for platform enhancements, reporting improvements, internal operational documentation, and/or training.
- Support client betas and early adopters with hands on support to the operational teams including Media Delivery, Creative, and Account Management ensuring the campaigns are set up and delivering correctly. Troubleshoot issues across the campaign process.
- Inform and train the Planning, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Media Delivery, Creative, and Product teams on new capabilities and formats.
- Engage the Sales team by observing and participating in client conversations. Use insights from clients and sales to evolve our products.
- Document win and loss to understand trends and barriers to format adoption.
- Be the subject matter expert for the channel and/or formats that you primarily support; answer questions from internal operational teams and/or sales.
- Lead revenue and adoption reporting for your assigned channels and/or formats and contribute to the QBR.
- Drive the adoption of your assigned channel, channel, and/or capability. Define, prioritize, and monitor any platform or reporting enhancements to drive adoption.
- Think creatively and take ownership of assigned initiatives.
Who You Are
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience working in digital advertising, Product Management, and/or advertising technology.
- A solid understanding of digital advertising products, how they are planned, how they are delivered, and how they are measured.
- Experience building data-driven online solutions, whether advertising solutions (mobile, video, audio, and/or display), marketing technology solutions (attribution engines, ad server, DSP, optimization engines, etc.), or consumer solutions such as websites or mobile apps.
- A history of supporting feature launches and contributing to product marketing including positioning, competitive analysis, enablement, and sales support on go-to-market with a path toward maturity.
- Ability to define initiative achievements and meet deadlines while working independently and actively solving problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams including technical, creative, and media collaborators.

Base Salary: $54,000 - $90,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
