We also believe that creating transformational work requires initiative, an entrepreneurial spirit and a bold commitment to achieving measurable results and business success for the Clients we service.

Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week.

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Operations Manager (Project Manager) to support integrated advertising campaigns across a range of deliverables—including email, dynamic creative, digital, social, and TV. This role is essential in driving flawless execution across internal teams and external partners, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

The Client Operations Manager will run daily execution across multiple campaigns and workstreams. This includes leading timelines, deliverables, resourcing, and partner communications across creative, media, strategy, and production teams. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with experience in digital and media-driven campaigns, and someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels—including DCO, email, and social content.
  • Lead the development and tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Drive process efficiency across creative development, asset delivery, and trafficking.
  • Maintain clear documentation such as scopes, trackers, timelines, and matrices.
  • Ensure all assets meet specs and quality standards before delivery to media or platform partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective tissue between creative, media, strategy, and account teams.
  • Align teams on deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and cross-discipline dependencies.
    • Facilitate creative reviews, feedback loops, and milestone meetings.
  • Work closely with media teams to ensure campaign needs, flighting, and formats are clearly understood and supported.

Client & Partner Coordination

  • Serve as a client-facing lead for status, delivery updates, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and platforms—including DCO partners and email/social platforms—on campaign setup and deployment.
  • Help manage internal and external meetings, flag risks, and raise issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management experience in an advertising or creative agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated campaigns with exposure to both traditional and digital channels.
  • Experience managing digital deliverables such as DCO, email marketing, and social media content is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.
  • Experience working closely with media teams and trafficking processes.
  • Knowledge of DCO platforms (e.g., Flashtalking) and email/social CMS tools is a plus.
  • Telecom, tech, or performance-driven brand experience is a bonus.
