Overview
We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Vice President or Senior Vice President, Solution Consultant to lead strategic solutioning conversations with senior client stakeholders—particularly those in IT, Data, and Strategy. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, helping enterprise clients understand how Publicis Groupe’s capabilities—across CRM, media, martech, and data—can seamlessly integrate with their existing ecosystems to drive business outcomes. This is a pivotal role requiring executive presence, deep technical fluency, and the ability to synthesize complex problems into clear, actionable solutions. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business development—partnering with cross-functional agency teams to design scalable, innovative, and integrated solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic solutioning conversations with senior client stakeholders (CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data & Digital)
- Translate client goals and technical constraints into tailored solution architectures that connects agency services to enterprise ecosystems
- Develop and deliver compelling narratives, roadmaps, and demos that clearly articulate integration paths, value realization, and business outcomes
- Ideate and solution new integration opportunities through technical partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, data, media, CRM, and tech to define the "how" behind agency offerings
- Serve as the integration bridge between client platforms (e.g., CDPs, ESPs, DMPs, Cleanrooms) and agency tools, processes, and data models
- Drive alignment between technical feasibility and strategic vision across pre-sales and implementation phases
- Stay on top of martech, adtech, and data ecosystem trends (e.g., identity resolution, clean rooms, messaging, real-time orchestration)
- Build solution frameworks and modular reference architectures for repeatable use across clients and pitches
- Represent the agency in new business pitches, innovation workshops, and executive steering committees
- Partner with delivery, IT, and client teams to ensure solutions are scoped, planned, and implemented with operational clarity
- Define integration SLAs, data workflows, API strategies, and ownership models in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify risks and guide mitigation planning across security, data privacy, and scalability
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in martech, adtech, or enterprise IT consulting roles
- Proven ability to navigate and influence complex client organizations, especially with IT, data, and strategy leadership
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading strategic discovery, solution design, and technical pre-sales engagements
- Track record of delivering integrated marketing/data solutions in large-scale environments (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Snowflake, Epsilon, Braze, AWS, GCP)
- Experience in agency, consulting, or solution architecture roles is highly preferred

Compensation Range: $163,210 - $256,910 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
