Overview
The Producer L2 coordinates various aspects of the digital production process, ensuring smooth operations and efficient output. With a primary objective of optimizing production timelines and workflows, they contribute significantly to the organization's success by ensuring the timely delivery of products while adhering to the highest Agency and company standards. Their expertise in identifying areas for improvement, implementing cost-effective measures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement leads to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction. Through their diligent supervision and attention to detail, the Producer L2 generates a positive impact by ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability for the organization.
Responsibilities
Identify project’s strategic objectives. Oversee projects from offline to online delivery for various production types and deliverables, ensuring quality control. Work with project team and Craft Leads to translate project vision into requirements and solution design. Aid in developing and organizing support materials for production team and client meetings. Interact with other departments to meet agency and client needs. Manage delivery of final assets to trafficking partners. Analyze and ensure best practices. Identify and eliminate obstacles threatening project viability within the organization. Relay timely updates to managers, client contacts, and impacted team members. Allocate and organize internal resources for successful project completion. Track Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets. Lead weekly account team status meetings and participate in daily status meetings with other teams to assess resource availability. Handle bidding, scheduling, and billing of projects. Assist with production support, research, organization, and reporting. MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES (IF APPLICABLE): Proficient in Overseeing the production workflow process and solving conflicts as they arise. Keeping a pulse on emerging digital production technologies Experience with Supporting internal teams and partners in delivering solutions, insights, and recommendations. Proficient in Developing direct reports through thoughtful, timely performance reviews and development plans. Experience with Reviewing the team’s work and providing directions to elevate the quality and ensure deliverables match the original request. Proficient in evolving the creative practice, working together with production craft leads and bringing in outside inspiration whenever possible. Proficient in Managing your time efficiently to balance multiple simultaneous projects."
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent preferred) and training in creative software tools such as Adobe CC. or Technical Degree Certification in Computer (Similar field). 5 years of experience supporting digital projects involving current and merging front-end technologies (including online advertising [OLA] and websites), and experience managing technical or creative teams (preferably at a creative/digital agency). Proficient in understanding of creative production and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions. Experience managing the execution of HTML, email, online advertising, and other creatively driven technology projects.
