Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Data Scientist to join our growing data team. In this role, you'll apply analytical and statistical techniques to solve business problems, contribute to model development, and help turn data into actionable insights. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to deepen their technical skillset in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop and deploy predictive models and analytical solutions
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to solve business challenges
- Visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders through clear, concise presentations
- Assist in designing experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and evaluating their results
- Document code, workflows, and findings for reproducibility and team collaboration
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or quantitative role
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating structured data
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and common modeling techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn, Tableau)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline

Compensation Range: $54910 - $72300. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
