Overview

The Growth Supervisor, Business Intelligence and Operations Intelligence Analyst will be part of the Creative Pillar Growth Team, with responsibilities supporting the growth and finance teams. In this role, the Growth Supervisor will be in constant contact with the Growth Team, Creative CFO and Finance teams.


Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

US Creative Go-To-Market Materials

We are a continuously evolving offering, which requires us to maintain up-to-date credentials and go to market materials. The Growth Supervisor will lead these efforts including:

  • Maintain most up-to-date U creds deck, including design, sending to stakeholders i.e. Global BD and mirroring other agency teams.
  • Leads bi-annual update of consultant database for Global BD and updates on as-needed basis with any changes to Groupe and Creative Pillar credentials

US Creative Prospecting Support

Our growth efforts are underpinned by an always-on lead generation effort driven by the CMOs and their directors. The Growth Supervisor will play a support role in these efforts plugging in as needed with the following responsibilities:

  • Prospect research, get smart briefs and outreach in partnership with the Directors
  • Tracking and monitoring a concise prospect list for relevant information to educate team
  • Ideation of contact strategies via relevant news and content

Global and US Pillar Growth Connectivity

There are several ongoing needs in keeping the Global BD team and their databases and documents up to date, for which the Growth Supervisor will be the lead liaison:

  • Fielding and answering ongoing requests from the Global BD team
  • Check and amend the list of offices, addresses, contact information for each creative agency location in the US for the Global BD office database
  • Ensuring creative pillar wins are included in global BD new business wins database

Salesforce Management

Salesforce is a critical tool for our US and Global Growth and Finance teams to ensure connectivity and accurate information in projecting and keeping current on all growth activity. Responsibilities include:

  • ensuring Salesforce entries are up to date and accurate weekly including live opportunities and prospects
  • Analyze Business Development data though Salesforce including pitches and prospecting financial information, to ensure consistency in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Produce regular reporting on win rates, wins and losses, pitch conversion etc....
  • Updating information as requested by finance for key financial updates and meetings
  • Fielding Salesforce inquiries from Global BD and finance
  • Liaise with the NB Growth CMOs for Salesforce guidance, check and balances, and training
  • Coordinate SalesForce process, assure accuracy and follow up with CMOs and agencies

Financial support

  • Tracking of New Business Pitch costs by month in coordination with Pillar FP&A Lead and Pillar Commercial Finance Lead
  • Work in partnership with FP&A and CFO to reconcile NB opportunities reported in Salesforce or any other tracker

Qualifications

Leadership and Technical skills

  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment and attention to details,
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Fast learner and establish priorities, maximize efficiency and collaborate with management to meet deadlines,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Finance acumen
  • Ability to establish positive collaboration with the Creative Growth Team, Finance Directors and US FP&A teams,
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,
  • Good sense of urgency and ownership,
  • Excel and PowerPoint efficiency,
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $73, 910 - $96, 140 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
