As a key player, you'll support the Account Director in every phase of the initiative lifecycle, guiding the cross-functional team from discovery through to creative development, production and market optimization.

Responsibilities

Embrace a dynamic role where you'll take ownership of weekly status updates and skillfully present project progress to both internal agency teams and clients, becoming an essential driver of informed decision-making. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Account Director to ensure project and production timelines align seamlessly with client expectations, all while honing your project management skills.

In this multifaceted position, you'll lead the charge on administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and organization through adept management of meeting notes, electronic files, and schedules. Your proactive approach will also shine as you assist in guiding the internal agency team—comprising creative, production, and strategy experts—to execute groundbreaking and compelling creative ideas.

You'll have the opportunity to master the intricacies of production documents, with support from the Account Director, and deftly manage the creative trafficking process with our valued vendors and media partners. By keeping the team informed of client business and industry developments, you'll provide valuable insights that will elevate creative development and enrich strategic business understanding. Your role involves not only reviewing creative work with a discerning eye but also synthesizing and relaying feedback effectively to ensure flawless revisions and approvals.

Your contributions will extend to ensuring decks and documents are always up-to-date, reflecting client feedback with precision and detail. You'll also play a key role in collaborating with the Account Director to track projects against scope, and support the Strategy team by diving into research and preparing for thought leadership presentations.

Lastly, you'll lead competitive reporting and industry trend tracking with enthusiastic support from the Strategy team, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of innovation and strategic vision. This role offers a platform for you to grow, learn, and make a significant impact in the world of advertising and beyond.


Qualifications

  • CPG experience, preferred.
  • Production experience (TV, online video, digital banners, social ads), preferred.
  • Creative delivery (fulfilling media buy, trafficking)
  • Fundamental understanding of media tactics and analytics or eagerness to learn
  • Skilled in Excel spreadsheets + foundational understanding of developing presentation decks in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Ability to prioritize tasks / assignments and deliver on deadline
  • Ability to creatively and proactively problem solve
  • Great communication skills with ability to quickly build relationships with multitude of stakeholders including brand teams and agency team
  • Experience reviewing and proofing creative
  • Ability to critically examine, distil, synthesize and communicate internal and external feedback
  • Able to quickly develop conference reports, extract / capture next steps, and manage project status reports

Compensation Range: $39,710- $52,605 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
