Overview
The Role: Programmatic Supervisor
Reporting to the Group Manager or Director, the Programmatic Supervisor at APEX is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end programmatic media campaigns. This role includes managing a team of traders and specialists, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering innovative, performance-driven solutions for clients.
You’ll be a key player in both execution and leadership—driving campaign performance, mentoring junior talent, and maintaining high service standards across all projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel programmatic media strategies using Criteo, DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP
- Lead campaign implementation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide programmatic specialists and assistants to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Act as a client-facing expert, providing strategic recommendations and reporting insights.
- Partner with creative, data, and analytics teams to align strategies with client goals.
- Evaluate campaign KPIs, generate insights, and refine performance tactics.
- Stay up to date with industry innovations, tools, and best practices.
- Assist with onboarding new tools and improving internal processes.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media, including team oversight.
- Advanced proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and tools like Criteo, Prisma, ComScore, IAS, and MOAT.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience training and delegating work within high-performance teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance campaign execution with strategic leadership and innovation.
