We are seeking a full cycle Recruiter to join our People Team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to identify and attract top talent, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. As a Recruiter at Productiv, you will play a critical role in helping us find the right people to drive our company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage all hiring for all functions including planning, sourcing, negotiating offers, and creating the best candidate experience
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple open positions and recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve hiring goals.
  • Data Cleanliness: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices to build a workforce that reflects our company values and culture.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges creatively and adaptively, ensuring a smooth recruitment process despite any obstacles.

Who you are

  • You have a strong understanding of the recruiting landscape, with an understanding of how to identify and attract top startup talent
  • You have, or are comfortable learning how to hire across the business from go-to-market to engineering.
  • Proficiency in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to close.
  • You pride yourself on strong verbal and written communication skills. You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.You maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation and are an excellent multitasker. You have used any of the following or have a strong willingness to learn how to use them:
  • Greenhouse, BrightHire, Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter
