Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager – Systems Analyst to lead a team of technical analysts in supporting, configuring, and optimizing Guidewire applications. This role requires a strong technical background in Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and expertise in system integrations, and configurations. The ideal candidate will have a mix of leadership experience and hands-on technical skills to ensure the smooth functioning of Guidewire applications within our IT ecosystem.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Guidewire Technical System Analysts, ensuring technical excellence and professional growth.
  • Assign and oversee system analysis, configuration, and integration tasks.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT leadership to align Guidewire capabilities with business needs.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical analysis, design, configuration, and support of Guidewire applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide expertise in Guidewire configurations, rules, workflows, and data models.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, coordinate with developers and vendors, and implement fixes.
  • Help lead Guidewire system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 + years of experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance business processes and how they interact with Guidewire systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire configurations, integration frameworks, and data models.
  • Strong knowledge in XML, UML and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience working with Guidewire Cloud implementations.

Preferred Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing technical analysts or developers.
  • Guidewire Certification
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Salary: Starting at $130,000 annually. Candidate's skills, experience and abilities will be taken into consideration for final offer.
