The Role:
We’re reimagining internal tools—and we’re looking for a Business Systems Engineer (BSE) who’s ready to build what comes next.
If you’re passionate about delivering clean, intuitive user experiences, energized by generative AI, and thrive in environments where experimentation and rapid iteration are the norm—this is your role.
You’ll play a key part in rebuilding and rethinking the user experience across internal platforms, with a strong focus on front-end development and integrtion. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with product owners, AI agents, and business technologists to bring high-impact, human-centric solutions to life.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Rethink and rebuild business system interfaces to be faster, smarter, and more user-friendly
- Build modern, reusable front-end components that improve workflows and drive adoption
- Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, high-velocity improvements
- Integrate intelligent agents and automation into business workflows and internal tooling
- Explore emerging AI tech to accelerate development and improve user experience
- Contribute to our internal developer experience and help set new standards for speed and quality
- Participate in peer code reviews and collaborative design sessions
- Maintain a flexible mindset—ready to pivot, prototype, and push forward when needed
What You Should Have:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development with strong UX/UI instincts
- Deep familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and design systems
- A strong interest in (or experience with) AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping
- Ability to integrate APIs, connect data sources, and simplify complex system interactions
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Clear, concise communication and a strong sense of ownership
- Enthusiasm for internal tools and building systems that make teams more effective
What We Hope You Have:
- Experience working on or integrating with business systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) or other enterprise UI frameworks
- Exposure to AI agents, prompt engineering, or automation platforms
- Experience with devops tools for enterprise platforms (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
- Knowledge of financial workflows (billing, quoting, tax, compliance)
