Pluralsight is seeking a hardworking, process driven marketer with a strong background of interpersonal and operational skills to join as our new Field Marketing Intern supporting the North America team. As a positive contributor of the marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of regional demand plans, including events and related programs.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Field and Events, you will engage with multiple marketing partners to resolve priorities that help generate awareness and demand. The right candidate will support program planning, logistics, execution and field coordination surrounding our growing commercial business. This individual will own multiple tasks simultaneously and will be encouraged to deliver high-quality results on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, recommend and support strategic marketing activities that include but are not limited to hybrid field events, virtual webinars, user groups, 'white glove' hospitality experiences and tradeshows.

  • Comprehensive understanding of go-to-market field events planning and execution.

  • Supervise, measure and report on critical success metrics across all field marketing programs.

  • Manage Pluralsight inventory of promotional items and digital incentives.

  • Own external vendor relationships and venue researching/contracting process.

  • Responsible for supervising all budget spend and related purchasing/procurement processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to build relationships, deliver agreed upon results, and problem solve to find the right solution.

  • Experience working efficiently while balancing multiple tasks while remaining positive, flexible, and open to feedback.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills; ability to act on your feet and make critical decisions without heavy coaching.

  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail

  • Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying potential roadblocks in advance, and proposing tangible solutions.

  • Events marketing experience in B2B enterprise software; SaaS/on-demand software a plus.

  • Role requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace Suite.

  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors.

  • Strong process-orientation and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter - highly accountable and communicative.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (ex -Salesforce.com) and marketing automation tools (ex-Marketo) is a plus.
