Pluralsight is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to proactively work to accelerate deal closure. The purpose of this role is to ensure that deals adhere to corporate strategies and remain compliant while partnering with sales to create a positive impact. This role will work closely with Sales Operations and Contracts to streamline consistent deal structure.

What you’ll own:
Review and document non-standard sales deals.
Improve processes to create business visibility, speed and consistency.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal-related matters including proposals of alternative options and/or value proposition to drive deal structures.
Monitor the workflow of sales deals to ensure timely approvals.
Collaborate with internal partners.
Understand systemic processes and limitations to partner with sales regarding deal rollout.
Experience you’ll need:
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
2-3 years working in sales operations, contracts, finance, strategy or related fields required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to evaluate binding contracts.
Comfortable having meaningful conversations.
Proven track record to build strong working relationships with internal partners.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
