The Global Workplace Services team strives to create world class office spaces, environments and experiences. As the Workplace Site Manager, you’ll lead site operations for our Los Angeles, CA office and partner with our global workplace team. This is an onsite role, based out of our Los Angeles, CA office.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Workplace services for the Los Angeles office, including facilities, mailroom, janitorial, communications, and reception
- Manage in-market workplace teams and vendor relationships
- Partner with security, health and safety, design and construction and events teams to support onsite operations and employee experience
- Drive the development of Workplace programs, projects and initiatives to align on services globally
- Support onsite internal and customer events
- Build partnerships across Pinterest to create onsite engagement and promote company business objectives
- Maintain communication with landlords and local stakeholders to address any office-related needs
- Partner with real estate, development and compliance teams to ensure operational needs are met for any tenant improvement work, new construction, expansion and other workplace initiatives
- Manage ad hoc projects related to workplace services, operations and development including TI projects
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience managing facilities and workplace services.
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
- Experience working with all levels of management, including executives.
- Best in class Hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a customer service background.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and create metrics to drive efficiencies.
- Ability to work independently and strategically on behalf of the Global Workplace Services team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 5 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Los Angeles, CA office.
